1. Return / Replacement Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• You received a wrong product, OR
• The product was damaged at the time of delivery

❗ No returns will be accepted for any other reason.

2. Important Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photo/video proof
• Product must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With all tags intact
• Return pickup will be arranged from the same delivery address

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• Product has been used or tampered with
• Damage caused after delivery
• Request raised after 48 hours
• Change of mind, dislike, or personal preference

4. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Request

• Order ID
• Issue details
• Photo/video proof

Step 2: Approval

• Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

Step 3: Pickup

• Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup

5. Refund / Replacement Policy

• Wrong Product Received
  → Replacement will be shipped after successful pickup and verification
• Damaged Product Received
  → You can choose:
• Replacement OR
• Refund
• Refunds to original payment method
